We helped Platinum Health to navigate a path to develop a foundation for growth and transformation by using Enterprise Design to focus efforts, target and execute the most valuable improvements and support change management across multiple areas of the business.
By completing a detailed enterprise scan to identify issues across the entire enterprise, we established a coherent and prioritised roadmap to execute change across TheirCare‘s largely distributed organisation and complex onboarding and compliance processes.
